Preparing for Your Treatment
Before your session begins, we recommend:
- Arriving with a clean face (makeup removal is optional, we can assist you)

Comfort & Numbing Process
Patient comfort is a top priority at Fit Shop Med Spa.
Before treatment begins:
- Your skin is gently cleansed and disinfected
- A topical numbing cream is applied
- Numbing typically sits for around 30 minutes (depending on the treatment area)
For certain areas like the chin or under-eye region, an additional numbing step may be used for extra comfort.
Some treatments may feel like a light tingling or mild prickling sensation, but most patients find the process very tolerable.
Treatment Experience
Once your skin is fully prepped and numbed, your treatment begins.
Sessions typically:
- Last up to 1 hour
- Require no downtime
- Allow you to return to normal activities immediately
This makes treatments convenient even during a lunch break or busy schedule.
