Dr. Dave has been a proud part of the NutriShop/FitShop family for nearly 20 years. His passion for health and wellness began early, starting as a teenager determined to transform his life, he lost over 100 pounds and discovered a lifelong commitment to fitness.
At the age of 20, he continued that journey by serving in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Non-Commissioned Officer. During his four years of service, Sergeant Sanchez earned more than 20 awards and consistently achieved perfect physical fitness scores, holding his Battalion’s record in the 2nd Infantry Division with an incredible 135 pushups in just two minutes.
After completing his military service, Dr. Dave brought his dedication and leadership to NutriShop/FitShop New Mexico. Today, he oversees business operations, serves as the lead clinician, and guides the development of new and innovative services, including Body Sculpting, Face Sculpting, Hair Restoration, and Laser Hair Removal.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Dave is a devoted father to two daughters, ages 20 and 11 and his English bulldog, Marshmallow. Dr. Dave believes his family is the reason you wake up everyday and you should never take them for granted!!
Jess Sanchez, Operations Manager
Jessica has helped manage and oversee NutriShop/FitShop for ten years. She has balanced her work life while maintaining a best friend/ role model role in her daughter's life. Jessica started her fitness journey in a size 11. Her weight gave her very little energy and low self esteem, just like so many of her clients. Now, with more energy, confidence (and a size 3!!!), Jessica is determined to help make a difference in other woman's lives.
Britaña Campos, Aesthetic Provider
Britaña is a devoted mommy to a vibrant little girl, and an entrepreneur who thrives on continuing her education and learning new skill sets. Britaña has her BA from the University of New Mexico in both Mass Communications and Spanish. She loves educating herself on aesthetic enhancements, traveling with her beautiful family, and fashion. Britaña has a passion for connecting with people and has always strived to leave people better than when she first meets them. This same passion fueled her interest in body aesthetics. Helping both men and women to be their best, both mentally and physically, is what Britaña accomplishes in every session with her clients.
Britaña couples her educational and body aesthetics training to offer her clients the best non-invasive and most innovative treatments in body aesthetics.
Keith Haynie, Medical Director
Keith is a dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with three board certifications in family medicine, adult gerontology/acute care and psychiatry who is deeply committed to his patients and their well-being. In addition to his professional passion, he enjoys staying active through working out and practicing brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Keith loves spending quality time with his wife and kids, whether it’s enjoying family outings or simply sharing everyday moments at home. His commitment to health extends beyond the practice, as he strives to inspire those around him to lead healthy, balanced lives.
Dr. Haynie is available Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm for direct supervision for our aesthetic healthcare procedures.
Delila Gowan, Nurse Injector
Nurse Delila is a dedicated register nurse with a deep passion for aesthetics, makeup, and all things beauty. A proud new mom to a baby girl, she also adores her four fur babies—three English bulldogs and one mini dachshund. Nurse Delila loves to travel and is committed to helping others become the best version of themselves. Always eager to expand her knowledge, she continues to further her education in the aesthetic field. Her goal is to make all of her clients feel confident and happy to visit her.
Nurses Delila is available Monday - Friday to assist in our face sculpting and injectable services.
Renay Baca, Medical Assistant
Renay attributes her strong sense of patience and empathy to her experience as the primary caregiver within her family—an experience that has profoundly influenced both her personal values and professional aspirations. These qualities have become foundational to her approach as a nursing student, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Renay is eager to engage with and serve the Albuquerque community, applying both her clinical skills and genuine care to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of her academic and clinical pursuits, Renay enjoys building authentic connections with others, expanding her knowledge through reading, and prioritizing her well-being through practices such as meditation, spending time in nature, and hot yoga. She is currently completing her yoga teacher training and looks forward to sharing the practice with others as an instructor by the end of the year.
Katrina McCarty, Medical Assistant
Hello, I’m Katrina, a Medical Assistant with a passion for helping individuals enhance their confidence and embrace their natural beauty, both inside and out. With a deep appreciation for the science behind aesthetics, I am dedicated to guiding clients throughout their transformative journeys, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of the med spa, I am committed to fitness and nutrition, which are not only integral parts of my lifestyle but also key factors in maintaining my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I am always exploring new ways to fuel my body and challenge myself physically, striving to inspire others to take charge of their own health and confidence. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to feel their best—inside, outside, and beyond.
Cambryn Lamar, Medical Assistant
Cambryn is a Medical Assistant at FitShop | Personal Trainer & Competitive Bodybuilder | Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others crush their goals. I travel to coach athletes, hunt for the coolest gyms, and share the stage with my boyfriend. Proud puppy mom & believer in living strong—inside and out.
Marshmallow
Marshmallow is the newest member to the FitShop family. He loves to cuddle, getting belly rubs and giving puppy kisses to all of our wonderful clients. Marshmallow is normally at the spa Monday through Friday 10-6 but he tends to sleep on the job.
