Dr. Dave has been a proud part of the NutriShop/FitShop family for nearly 20 years. His passion for health and wellness began early, starting as a teenager determined to transform his life, he lost over 100 pounds and discovered a lifelong commitment to fitness.
At the age of 20, he continued that journey by serving in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Non-Commissioned Officer. During his four years of service, Sergeant Sanchez earned more than 20 awards and consistently achieved perfect physical fitness scores, holding his Battalion’s record in the 2nd Infantry Division with an incredible 135 pushups in just two minutes.
After completing his military service, Dr. Dave brought his dedication and leadership to NutriShop/FitShop New Mexico. Today, he oversees business operations, serves as the lead clinician, and guides the development of new and innovative services, including Body Sculpting, Face Sculpting, Hair Restoration, and Laser Hair Removal.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Dave is a devoted father to two daughters, ages 20 and 11, his English bulldog, Marshmallow and is a recent grandfather (prefers G-Pop) to his beautiful granddaughter. The mother to his oldest daughter, Jess, his 2 beautiful daughters, Liz and Brinley and his granddaughter, Baby Roxy are the definition of his entire world!!!

Jess Sanchez, Operations Manager, Co-Owner
Jessica has helped manage and oversee NutriShop/FitShop for 20 years. She has balanced her work life while maintaining a best friend/ role model role in her daughter's life. Jessica started her fitness journey in a size 11. Her weight gave her very little energy and low self esteem, just like so many of her clients. Now, with more energy, confidence (and a size 3!!!), Jessica is determined to help make a difference in other woman's lives.
Britaña Campos, Aesthetic Provider
Britaña is a devoted mommy to a vibrant little girl, and an entrepreneur who thrives on continuing her education and learning new skill sets. Britaña has her BA from the University of New Mexico in both Mass Communications and Spanish. She loves educating herself on aesthetic enhancements, traveling with her beautiful family, and fashion. Britaña has a passion for connecting with people and has always strived to leave people better than when she first meets them. This same passion fueled her interest in body aesthetics. Helping both men and women to be their best, both mentally and physically, is what Britaña accomplishes in every session with her clients.
Britaña couples her educational and body aesthetics training to offer her clients the best non-invasive and most innovative treatments in body aesthetics.
Keith Haynie, Medical Director
Keith is a dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with three board certifications in family medicine, adult gerontology/acute care and psychiatry who is deeply committed to his patients and their well-being. In addition to his professional passion, he enjoys staying active through working out and practicing brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Keith loves spending quality time with his wife and kids, whether it’s enjoying family outings or simply sharing everyday moments at home. His commitment to health extends beyond the practice, as he strives to inspire those around him to lead healthy, balanced lives.
Dr. Haynie is available Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm for direct supervision for our aesthetic healthcare procedures.
Renay Baca, Medical Assistant
Renay attributes her strong sense of patience and empathy to her experience as the primary caregiver within her family—an experience that has profoundly influenced both her personal values and professional aspirations. These qualities have become foundational to her approach as a nursing student, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Renay is eager to engage with and serve the Albuquerque community, applying both her clinical skills and genuine care to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of her academic and clinical pursuits, Renay enjoys building authentic connections with others, expanding her knowledge through reading, and prioritizing her well-being through practices such as meditation, spending time in nature, and hot yoga. She is currently completing her yoga teacher training and looks forward to sharing the practice with others as an instructor by the end of the year.
Heather Baca, Medical Assistant
Heather Baca is a dedicated Medical Assistant at Fitshop Med Spa, committed to promoting a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle. Drawing from her own personal experiences and past challenges in maintaining dietary goals, she brings both empathy and practical insight to her work. A passionate advocate for fitness, Heather finds joy and motivation in her daily gym routine, which she considers an essential part of her well‑being.
Outside of her professional life, Heather is a proud mother of two daughters and is deeply supported by her loving husband. Together, they embrace a positive, family‑centered approach to wellness and strive each day to live a happy, healthy life.
Kitahna Belt, Medical Assistant
Kitahna Belt is a Medical Assistant at FitShop Med Spa who is passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered through personalized aesthetic treatments. With a strong background in healthcare and patient care, she brings both clinical knowledge and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every service, creating a comfortable and supportive experience for each client.
Kitahna has a special passion for face sculpting and contouring treatments, where she enjoys enhancing natural features and helping clients achieve balanced, beautiful results. She believes aesthetic treatments should highlight a client’s natural beauty while supporting their overall confidence and well-being.
Known for her warm personality and attentive care, Kitahna values building genuine connections with her clients and creating a welcoming environment at FitShop. She is committed to helping each client feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. At FitShop, she also enjoys working alongside one of the clinic’s most beloved personalities—Marshmallow, who she jokingly refers to as the real boss of the office.
Outside of the med spa, Kitahna is also an entrepreneur and lifelong learner. She is a partial owner of a martial arts school, where she actively practices martial arts, and she also owns a café. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, playing the piano, as well as practicing her art, creative outlets that allow her to stay inspired and balanced while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Kianna Burns, Office Manager
With a natural eye for detail and a love for spaces that radiate comfort and care, Kianna is the front desk’s steady, stylish anchor—bringing a refined touch to the client experience and the everyday rhythm of the office. Blending organization with originality, she’s a proud dog mom, a devoted caregiver to her grandma, and a naturally creative spirit—always drawn to beautiful visuals, creative projects, thoughtful design, and the art of making things feel just a little more aesthetic. She spends her free time exploring photography, graphic design, and crafting.
Marshmallow
Marshmallow is the newest member to the FitShop Med Spa family. He loves to cuddle, getting belly rubs and giving puppy kisses to all of our wonderful clients. Marshmallow is normally at the spa Monday through Friday 10-6 but he tends to sleep on the job.
