Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 1 stevia packet

*Add dash of unsweetened almond milk or h20 until it turns into a thick creamy consistency.

- Mix ingredients and pour into greased mug
- Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (until you see it fluffing up)

Top with 1tbsp natural peanut butter and 1tsp sugar free chocolate syrup

Protein: 32-40 grams

Carbs: Depends on the almond milk, but anywhere between 2-5 grams

Fats: 3-5 grams

 



Berry Protein Mug Cake

- 1 scoop vanilla or berry protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp sugar free strawberry jelly

*Add a dash of unsweetened almond milk or h20 until it turns into a thick creamy consistency

- Mix ingredients and pour into a greased mug
- Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds

Top with berries of your choice and/or sugar free maple syrup

 


Protein: 32-40 grams

Carbs: Depends on the berries, but anywhere between 15-20 grams

Fats: 3-5 grams
