Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Mug Cake - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 egg white - 1 stevia packet *Add dash of unsweetened almond milk or h20 until it turns into a thick creamy consistency. - Mix ingredients and pour into greased mug - Microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (until you see it fluffing up) Top with 1tbsp natural peanut butter and 1tsp sugar free chocolate syrup Protein: 32-40 grams
