Lean green pancake for meal #1 today! I experimented by adding a scoop of Natures Greens. The result = a light, sweet and guiltless large pancake that turns my breakfast into feeling like a cheat meal. I used: 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (preferable Forza Pro) 1 scoop Natures greens (no, it doesn't taste like veggies AT all) 1tbsp stevia, 3 tbsp egg white liquids, dash of baking powder and I gradually add unsweetened almond milk until it reaches a creamy batter consistency. I used 1/2 tbsp coconut oil to grease the skillet and topped it with a few blueberries!
