Blueberry Parfait: Fast, Easy, No Cooking and deeelish!

 

Stuff: 

3/4 Cup of 2% cottage cheese

1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

1tbsp coconut flakes

1/4 cup of Walden Farms calorie free blueberry syrup

 

DIY:

In a bowl with a spoon.

 

Variation: 

Substitute cottage cheese for greek yogurt

Substitute blueberries for raspberries or blackberries
