1 scoop of Forza Pro Vanilla Protein powder

1tbsp of pumpkin puree

1/2 small banana

1 stevia packet

Cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste.

 

Blend.

 

Top with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin pie spice.
