Stuff Bellies!

5 oz of lean ground turkey (We would suggest making the whole package of turkety and using the meat on other dishes), sauteed with smoked papika

In a bowl add: 1/2 cup of white mushrooms, squash/zucchini, 1/2 carrot, chopped onion, chives, garlic, pepper, Mrs. Dash and shiracha sauce.

Then combine all those ingredients into 2 medium sized bell peppers (you pick the color, I like red :) , top with low-fat cheese.

Bake at 350 for 7 minutes or unitl the cheese is melted!
