Blueberry Cobbler à la Mode Smoothie

Ingredients:

5 cups frozen blueberries

1 Scoop Vitasport Pro7 Protein Vanilla

2 Tbsp ground flax seed (optional)

11⁄2 cups crushed or cubed ice

DIY

Combine blueberries, Pro7, flaxseed (if using) and ice in a blender. Cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
