Ingredients: x1 8 oz boneless chicken breast, cut into strips 1/8 tsp pepper (how the hell do you measure that???) 1/2 tsp olive oil (we will use coconut oil, MCT's in the house!) 1/2 tbsp honey (we will use agave as a substitute) 1/2 tsp grated orange rind 2 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
DIY: Season chxn with pepper. Heat oil in skillet @ med/high. Add chicken, cook till browned. In a bowl: honey, orange rind, juice and ginger. Stir. Add to chicken. Stir til chicken is done.
