Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground turkey
1/4 tsp pepper
2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded 2% reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
Mix together ground turkey and pepper; shape into 2 large, thin patties. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick skillet 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink; cool and coarsely crumble. Combine lettuce, crumbled hamburger, bacon, tomato and onion; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Whisk together vinegar and mustard. Divide salad into 2 servings; drizzle with vinegar mixture.
